Dom has dedicated over 35 years to tackling homelessness, leading 1625 Independent People, expanding support services, championing sector collaboration, and improving young lives.

For 32 years Jamie has worked with young people, charities, government and businesses to ensure that young people have the opportunities, homes and healthy relationships they need to thrive.

Chris has almost 20 years experience working on homelessness and supported accommodation. Ranging from direct work to Project Management and then senior Management.

Rebecca has over 21 years’ experience working in education, employment and training services for the voluntary sector. This includes 13 years leading NEET projects.

Vicky has over 30 years’ experience working in the supported housing sector, primarily in property management, and 20 years’ experience as a senior leader.

Having managed supported housing services for 30+ years, Paul remains passionate about delivering the best outcomes possible for young people, through strong strategic partnership work.

Jo brings 30 years’ leadership and operational experience, creating inclusive, supportive environments that equip teams to deliver high-quality services and positive outcomes for young people.

Sanja brings 20 years’ experience in employment law and people leadership, championing inclusive, values-led workplaces. Her own experience of displacement fuels her commitment to supporting young people.

Nick has over 35 years experience of working in housing, including 12 leading council homelessness services. He has been Board Chair at 1625 for 8 years and has experience as a non-executive director on several not-for-profit boards.

With over 25 years in leadership and director roles, alongside school governorship and mentoring, Dave uses his experience and connections to improve young people’s futures.

Luke Martin is a Chartered Surveyor and experienced development professional, committed to supporting charitable causes through strong governance, strategic thinking and community engagement.

Rebecca is a social impact and Fundraising specialist with 20 years experience. She is passionate about social mobility and giving young people the opportunities to thrive.

Sarah brings strategic digital‑transformation expertise, specialising in digital and IT leadership, that strengthens services and drives sustained organisational improvement.

Rob is Head of Marketing and Communications for YTL Developments / Brabazon. He has a degree from Cambridge University and an MBA from Cranfield University.

Tessa brings charity sector experience in funding and partnerships, currently at WaterAid. She’s passionate about creating positive change and improving young people’s access to opportunities.
