Employment, education & training
We help young people overcome the barriers they face in accessing and sustaining education, employment, and training (EET).
What we do
We support young people to develop goals and a clear plan and with financial support through bursaries. Through our support, young people can develop core employability skills including confidence, well-being, timekeeping, teamwork, communication, self-belief, and motivation.
We help young people work out which options are best for them. There are educational opportunities, training courses, jobs, work experience, apprenticeships, and volunteering opportunities for young people with all levels of experience.

Financial Capability
Financial stability is important for everyone, not least young people. Financial capability is essential for young people to live independently, maintain housing, access education and job opportunities, and reduce the stress and anxiety linked to money worries, improving their overall well-being.
What it looks like in practice
We help young people to develop their money management skills and confidence including opening a bank account, increasing their budgeting skills, or dealing with rent arrears and other debts.
Across all our services, including our Participation and Learning Team and Education, Employment and Training Coaches our support workers work closely with every young person to ensure they have the tools and opportunities to develop their financial confidence and skills.
